She has a real passion for the real estate business and knows it in and out. But what sets her apart from other REALTORS is her sincere caring and commitment to finding clients a home where they will be truly happy. Aeysha helped my husband and I buy our first home in 2014, and then again we worked with her to sell that home and move into our dream home in early 2020. Any time you buy and/or sell a home, it can be stressful, but every step of the way, Aeysha always communicated effectively, eased any and all of our concerns, and advocated for us. Aeysha was our REALTOR for the sale of a property in Brentwood and she greatly exceeded our expectations in every way. We do not live near the property we were selling, and unfortunately, many years of tenants had left the home in pretty rough shape. Everything from repairs, inspections, landscaping, staging, marketing, etc. Was coordinated flawlessly by Aeysha. She made what could have been a very stressful and labor-intensive experience extraordinarily easy on us, and she cheerfully adjusted to unexpected changes and circumstances as they arose. Most importantly, she had multiple offers well above the asking price in a matter of days after the property was listed.
